This was a good summer project.  Time spent in the cool basement building and painting.

On this day...

In 1945, the second atomic bomb was dropped on Nagasaki.  Fun fact, Nagasaki was the alternate of 2 cities.  Kokura was the intended target but clouds forced them to hit Nagasaki instead.

We hadn't been to Lagoon amusement park in about 5 years.  It was a good time with aunt Karen when we visited Friday.

Take a break.

The poor dog is slowly losing her hind leg strength.  She lays down to eat, immediately sits down when she normally stood. I started giving her hemp oil last week to help with her pain.

 I found her doing this last night after her snack time.

Baseball game!

We attended the local AAA team, the Salt Lake Bees play the El Paso Chihuahuas last night.  Perfect temps, good company and some delicious food and drink.

Such a beautiful stadium.  

There are plans to abandon it to a new stadium sometime after 2024.
