3 spoons at dinner.

He actually ended up using 5 spoons to stop the gravy "river" from flowing out of his mashed potatoes last night.  At least he ate everything!

He went and grabbed 2 more spoons right after I took this.  I made oven fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy and mixed veggies last night.  Mmm!!

So safe!

Skyler and Mommy played some velcro ball catch last night out back while I made dinner.  He got whacked in the head by the ball and decided he needed a helmet to continue playing.

Our neighborhood park down the street got a new sign this week.  The old sign has been there possibly since it was new?  40 years+?  Skyler was excited to pose for a picture.

Double move goal.

Sunday night after a long day in the desert, Skyler decided that he needed to double his move goal on his Garmin fitness tracker.  He set up his little bike with training wheels and went to work.

Montessori amazingness.

Skyler continues to excel in school.  I had the privilege of watching him do some Montessori math on Tuesday.  He's been finishing his daily contract every day and as a result, he is being sent to class 7, the 1st-3rd grade class in the afternoons.

We were going to hike up to Ensign peak Monday evening but a little boy was being difficult and I wasn't feeling well.  So instead, we just headed over to the local dog park to watch the sunset.

Stansbury Island part 2.

After our hike on the South end of the island, we headed to the North end to see if we could find the beach.

Mommy took this pic and used a filter.  Looking West at the magnesium plant.

End of the road.  A little further up there's a gate that leads to more magnesium operations.

Right on the beach are these red sandstone boulders.  Looks like Southern Utah.

A day trip to Stansbury Island.

We loaded up the truck and headed out to Stansbury Island yesterday.  It was epic!
