Drone practice.

Altair got a drone for our anniversary a few weeks ago.  Skyler and her need to build time flying in order to maintain their proficiency to be mission pilots in the Civil Air Patrol.  So, we went up to the dog park and flew last Sunday before we celebrated Grandpa's birthday.

1st day of High School!

Where has the time gone!?  Skyler started 9th grade yesterday at a new STEM school that offers concurrent enrollment at the local college.

Thrilled to be attending.  

(He had a good first day despite the massive worry the last 24 hours).

23rd anniversary.

We celebrated it by heading up to Alta and hiking to Cecret Lake yesterday.

I made an anniversary dinner with garden veggies, corn, green bean vingrette, and cucumber salad.  The beef was in the freezer and turned out amazing.
