Rio Grande Cafe.

We made a trip to down town SLC yesterday to get some groceries at the local Trader Joe's.  While we were down there, we had lunch at the Rio Grande Cafe.  SOOO GOOD!!  Quite possibly the best Mexican cuisine I've ever had!  Website here.  Skyler was pretty well behaved and even used the restroom 3 times while we were there.

I had the beef ranchero plate.  Sirloin tip burrito and tostada.  Delish!
