Since Altair and I have been together, (14 years now!) we have always enjoyed watching the Oscars and having a tasty meal to celebrate. That happened again this past Sunday. I smoked a pork butt on the pellet grill all afternoon and it was absolutely mouth watering! Add a side of steamed veggies and a plate of french fries with homemade fry sauce and we had a delicious feast!
