The parkway.

We ( the kid, dog, and me ) drove down to the parkway this afternoon for a walk. The temps were in the mid 50's and it was very nice!

You can judge a walk on how good it is if he falls asleep or not.

Stupid TRAX train and some big ass building that my alcoholic neighbor is working on.  I swear, he's put on this earth to annoy me.

Sadly, the beaver that lives in the Jordan River died.  I'm pretty sure he was already dead before the trail mower mowed the sides of the trail. :(

Today we're chilling on the couch and watching the show Goldrush on Discovery. Altair makes so much fun of the show I have to DVR it and watch it during the day with Skyler. She even pokes fun of the music calling it "heroic". Whatever. It has heavy machinery, making it awesome!

So we went for a walk today. Skyler rode in his new wagon. It was a fail. He was good for about 15 minutes then tried to wrangle his way out. Unfortunately, Maizey stepped on something and had to ride with Skyler the last half of the walk. What must the neighbors think?!

Nice day.

What a lovely day for a February! We went to a Challenger School open house to see about preschool for Skyler. We came away quite impressed. Skyler is napping as a result of the vaccinations from yesterday and touring the school. I've been playing with the dog outside in the meantime.

Even Eddy cat approves of this weather.

Mmm, oranges are good!

9 months.

Skyler is 9 months old as of January 30. As a result, he had his 9 month checkup and vaccination today. The doc even said his sleeping habits are completely normal. Here he is about 20 minutes before we had to be at the doctors.

Because Blogger is being a little bitch today...
