Chinooks!

We spotted a CH-47D Chinook helicopter flying yesterday.  We drove out to see if we could watch it fly and/or land.  Almost!  We got there just in time to see the rotors spinning down.  I think these are Marine helicopters, they have long refueling probes on the nose.

As close as we could get.  Skyler really wanted to go past the fence!
