Resistance training.

Thursday we headed down to the park with our Fat Bikes, a dog, a sled, and Skyler.  I started out pulling him around then it was Mommy's turn.  Whew, you certainly know you've done something afterwards!

There really wasn't enough snow.

We had to use our lowest gear to drag him around.

Maizey would run after us with her toy.  She was all over the park!

I think we might try this again today.  :)
